      Jeremiah was exceptional throughout the entire process. He responded to the initial quote request immediately and was out to inspect the roof within 48 hours. The quote was both timely and reasonable, and he communicated consistently during the period before the actual work. He even offered to come out right away if our old skylights started leaking. The work was all done on schedule and within the quote cost, with Jeremiah telling us what to expect each day in terms of noise and other potential inconveniences.
